EESS Calibration Laboratory Policy Statement

EESS lab is providing calibrations services to the market.

EESS lab is committed continual improvement of services to satisfy customers’ needs concerning the calibrations activities provided by the lab in impartial way through high quality and good professional practice. 

EESS lab ensures the competence of the lab personnel who are familiar with the lab management system and able to implement the lab policy and procedures in all calibrations works in EESS lab.

The Objectives of quality system guarantee the:

a) permanently Provide services to customers in national & international market using the most recent standard techniques and appropriate regulatory calibration methods which confirm to customer and regulatory requirements.

b) laboratory standard and equipment are fit for purpose, properly maintained and calibrated and where possible, measurements are traceable to recognized standard.

c) quality documents and the relevant procedures are well known and implemented in the workflow by suitable trained and qualified personnel.

d) consistently comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 to ensure quality calibration services, and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The lab management ensures that the quality policy is communicated, understood and implemented by all personnel working in EESS lab.

EESS Management and all lab staff are impartial when performing activities related to the operation of Calibration Laboratory. They are regularly acquainted with the quality management system documentation whose requirements they apply in their work.

EESS laboratory does not allow commercial, financial, political or other pressures to compromise impartiality

EESS laboratory identifies risks to its impartiality on an on-going basis. This includes those risks that arise from its activities, or from its relationships, or from the relationships from its personnel.

Additionally, annual risk assessment on impartiality and conflict of interest is implemented to ensure that all activities undertaken throughout the activity process are conducted in an independent and impartial manner.
